Working with a certified lifestyle coach (health coach) means a fresh look at your life and help in creating healthy habits that fit how you would like to feel every day. With the support of a health coach, you are not alone when things get difficult, but we work together towards your goals. Using the right method, personal support and joint responsibility, I will help you reduce stress, increase your energy, lose any stubborn kilos and thus improve your mental and physical health. Without responsibility, we often quickly fall back into old habits and thoughts. In the twelve personal coaching sessions of the health coach program you will learn how to make success inevitable. We base this on the four pillars of a healthy lifestyle: good sleep, relaxation more often, exercise more and healthy and tasty food and drinks. You find out which foods specifically give your body energy and you turn new healthy habits into your lasting behavior. These results also ensure that you will experience a new feeling of strength, relaxation and self-confidence. And that gives you the energy to create the lifestyle you want, prioritizing yourself, your health, deeper and harmonious relationships, a solid financial foundation and a meaningful career.

My clients experience the program as a journey that helps them to:

  • To have the big stick behind the door, to get the recognition and support to really change things.
  • Break unhealthy diet & lifestyle patterns, gain more energy and no longer feel tired.
