From the first moment on, I liked Natascha’s style. She led all of it really well. I also liked she had a proven program and at the same time was flexible with what I needed most during a session. She made online very real and personal - you totally forget about the distance.
My transformation consisted of a lot of small changes accumulating. Just like she explained it would be. It worked well that we had 12 weekly sessions because that way you keep momentum. I am convinced that it wouldn’t have had as much impact if we would have had only done a few sessions, because you forget, you do not follow through. The changes happened slowly which, in my experience, was very good.
It opens your mind and also your heart...
She helped me change how I look at things. I like how she helped me increase choice in my options. The different angles she offered, it opens your mind and…. also your heart, so to say, in understanding and accepting while still striving and going for it.
Do you know what I mean?
I believed that energy and motivation would stop immediately after acceptance and acknowledgement, but I noticed that there is a different, very pleasant energy that makes you go forward. And it is also very interesting how you can be aware of these things in communication and how this makes you act differently, more effective, more pleasant.
My awareness, open mindedness, courage, and focus have increased week by week. And I loved to practice at home, with family and at work. I really believe that if you don’t try you won’t know if it works. I have become more confident by thinking of what I want and more relaxed in communicating clearly and friendly about what I want. I already felt confident before but if you think about what you want and you prepare for it, it all comes together and feels stronger and more convincing.
“Maybe, whatever, I don’t know, you decide”
I have a few examples where before I was doing my ‘thing’ like: “Maybe, whatever, I don’t know, you decide” while actually I did know what I wanted but somehow was reluctant to say it.
I now feel more confident to express myself and I even like to say: “I really would like to do it or to join” or “I find this really important.” Expressing what I want I notice, gives me more opportunity to try new things. I would not have thought of it myself, to be honest. I have become more assertive in a friendly way. I also notice it in my emails.
What I appreciated about the program, is the diversity of topics this 'journey touches, not only work but also private life, my health, my family, my husband and my friends. All of it.

And I also like the positivity of the program. The positivity was a big part of the change. At first, I was reluctant because I always thought: when it is too positive something bad will happen or ‘it can’t be true’. Maybe this is my Macedonian background, but I got such encouragement from our conversations to try and see things differently and to open my mind. I realized that before I immediately was jumping into the negative and in ‘solution mode’. I was missing out on such a big part of life and reality!
For me this is huge, not for everyone perhaps but for me..

And only after this realization and the expression of it, you express what it is you would like to see differently or what it is that is really important for you. This is so helpful!
Now when for example I write an email I really think about what I like about the project or the person and write that down. I used to express some nice words at the beginning of an email to be polite, but this is different. It is more specific, more meaningful and I notice the effect of it. Even the CEO appreciated and immediately responded to my ‘new’ email.
The funny thing is I always knew being kind to someone worked but I was looking at it as if it was just a trick, just something you to do to get things done. But when I now do it, it is very real, honest and meaningful. People notice that. And I allow myself to feel the realness and the goodness first.
This is new and I feel I am becoming more authentic because of it. I only now realize how this old way of doing was holding me back. This journey was exactly right for me.
