We only do this with the data we have obtained by downloading free documents and requesting free webinars/trainings, and only after explicit approval with data received via our contact, quotation or invoice forms.
· We only use your name and email address, which you enter in a contact form on our website, to respond to the message you send us.

Your personal data is stored in our email system: MailBlue. MailBlue is a certified partner of ActiveCampaign. The servers are located in America, but in order to correctly comply with legal regulations for Europe, MailBlue has recognized compliance with the EU-US Principles on the Privacy Protection Framework with the US Department of Commerce.

In addition, we share data that we have obtained by requesting a download or free webinar/training with Facebook and LinkedIn in order to create advertising target groups.

STORAGE PERIOD
We do not store your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. When you unsubscribe from our emails, we will delete your personal data from the system by the end of the following month. When our collaboration is over, any personal documents will also be deleted before the end of the following month.
