Then it is important to know and express what you want. And it is precisely the question 'What do I want?' that the talented woman with great responsibilities often finds difficult to answer.
As a coach I notice that she is ashamed to say that she does this not knows or she finds the question frustrating. She then says somewhat downplayingly: “What I want? A moment of rest, a moment of nothing! That is what I want!"
Maybe you recognize this too?
At the same time, she believes that a woman of her caliber should know that. She also knows that there is more to her, but she doesn't give herself time to think about it. She's way too busy.
